About the Company Enhancing Houses was established to help Realtors sell homes quicker and for more money.  Our services have expanded to homeowners who desire to maintain and update their homes.  We are building a team of workers as the business continues to grow.  We hope to exceed your expectations and leave you with great service at a reasonable price.  Thank you for taking the time to view our website and we hope to serve you in the future.    Owners Having business experience in the trade fields and a last name like House, this company is a perfect match.  I served in the Army Reserves for 8 years which included tours in Europe, Iraq, and Kuwait.  I learned a tremendous amount regarding leadership success and failures.  I studied carpentry and masonry engineering while in the military and learned from my dad who was a general contractor.  During my teenage summer years I landscaped tons of properties in the neighborhood.  After my Iraqi deployment I got my Real Estate Sales license and pursued opportunities to begin a business.  In addition, I will soon graduate from Philadelphia Biblical University with a Bachelor degree in Bible and leadership.  My future goal is to continue the business by discipling and training others while my wife and I are missionaries in a foreign country.  - Phil House Phil and I make a wonderful team and it's a joy to serve with him.  I privately did landscaping and cleaning before Enhancing Houses began.  I hope to graduate from Philadelphia Biblical University with a Bachelor degree in Bible and leadership, but with our son coming in April this goal may be prolonged.  My desires are to disciple others that will join our team, be a blessing to those we work for, and work at everything as for working for the Lord.  In the near future I hope to be a missionary in a foreign country. - Nicole House 1 Timothy 4:12
